We are a truly independent
travel agent, so you can be assured of impartial advice on anything we provide,
this means you only get the holiday that is best for you and your pocket. We
are a small family run agency which treats all our customers as individuals, so
this means we can give you a better class of service.
We aim to cover all your needs
from simple rail tickets to complicated
world-wide itineraries, and to do this we only use reputable suppliers
that are ATOL (Air Travel Organisers License)
or IATA (International Air
Transport Association) License holders
where ever possible, so you can be sure of peace of mind.
All our staff are customer
friendly and are here to help you, with their vast knowledge and experience of
the travel industry. All members of staff do travel regularly to many foreign
destinations so they have first hand knowledge which they are willing to pass
on, but should you have a complaint about any member of staff please write to
address below.
We have a large client data
base with clients from all over the world, the information on our data base is
for Ashley Adams sole use, as from time to time we may try to contact our
clients either by phone, fax, post or email and we do not sell or pass on any
information to any other party. If your
information is held on any of our systems you have the right to access the information at any time, just ask and we
will gladly help you. Should you not wish to be contacted by any means, please
ask to be removed from our mailing / contact system.
We are part of the founder
members of the Worldchoice consortium, which means we are well connected with
all the large tour / flight operators. Being part of Worldchoice means we part
process passports and oversee Visa applications. Should you require any
information on passports or visa (as they are so complex and keep changing)
please speak to one of our advisors or click on the advice link on our front
web page.
We aim to give you the best
possible advice at all times on all matters, such as foreign travel and heath
at all times, but please be aware that some things change that we may not be
aware of at the time of giving you the advice.
